Software as a Service (SaaS)

All of 3BView’s products are available as a hosted SaaS solution. This option has been particularly popular with customers automating metadata cleaning or transformation for email attachments, for example with our 3BClean software.

Our Information Leak Prevention (ILP) software can run on your email server, or we can host it remotely as a SaaS solution. This means that you do not need to provide any additional hardware, and no software is installed on your server or desktops, thus speeding up installation and configuration.

SaaS means that there is no capital outlay for new customers, and that the solution is fast to set up and easy to support. It also makes it easier for customers to scale as they add new users, or if they want to expand the services they are using.

Security

We take security seriously. Our hosting provider was one of the first managed hosting providers in Europe to achieve ISO27001 Information Security Management certification. They are independently audited every 6 months by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to ensure ongoing compliance to ISO27001.

Our application runs on its own network, protected by Firewall, VPN, anti-spam, anti-virus and intrusion protection systems. All operating systems are hardened and kept up-to-date with the latest security patches.

The hosting support centre is manned 24x7x365 in the UK by diagnostic Systems Engineers, as opposed to call handlers. This allows us to respond and resolve issues promptly.

Our application has been running as a service on the public internet for three years with no security issues. We constantly examine the application for potential security issues. All jobs are handled separately on the server to ensure that information in one job is not accessible to another job.
